Krista was very pleasant and understanding to work with. I told her I had called our water heater manufacturer and that they provided Up2Code as one of the local companies that they had worked with and that they provided a parts authorization number in case a warranted part needed to be replaced. She was upfront with the labor fees for weekdays vs weekend days. Kyle arrived within the promised time slot and was very friendly. He recognized the possible problems right away after I described what happened. He did have the part with him and replaced the defective unit very quickly. Very good experience with Up2Code here!
