Up 2 Code handled the under-warranty issue with our water heater. Many thanks to Krista staying on top of the manufacturer. The installer, Josh, showed up on schedule and replaced the failed parts effectively and very personable dealing with a “chatty” customer. Great team. Easy to recommend.
